• Account Information: Name, email address, and profile photo (from Google, Apple, or other OAuth providers), and unique user ID.
• Training Goals and Preferences: Your fitness goals and training preferences, plus AI-generated plans and progress.
• Third-Party Fitness Data (if connected): Workout data from platforms like Garmin, Strava, or Zwift, and workout uploads to those platforms.
• Usage Data: App interaction logs and non-identifiable device/session metadata.

Your data is securely stored using Google Firebase, with servers located in the EU-west (Belgium) data region. We apply industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

5. Use of AI (OpenAI)

We use OpenAI's API to generate training content. Goal-related inputs are sent to OpenAI, but we do not send any personally identifiable information. OpenAI uses this data only to return a response and does not store it afterward.

6. Third-Party Integrations

If you connect services like Garmin, Strava, or Zwift:

• We access only the necessary data to enhance your training experience
• You can revoke access anytime through our app or the third-party platform

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights under laws like the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, or others. These include:
